Hot Tub (aka Passerby) is portrayed by Strong Sad (credited as El Dumpo) after he was forced into the role when Strong Bad stole his sandwich. Hot Tub claims he is not one of Perducci's minions and knows little about Perducci. Dangeresque was suspicious of his involvement, thinking he knew "a little bit too little about Perducci." He was right; Hot Tub was later shown giving information to Perducci.
Strong Sad also did stunt work in the Dangeresque movies.
