I noticed that on a discussion page, (I wish I could remember which one), one or two users were confused by the <!--You will get blocked from editing if you remove this line!-->.
They seemed to think it was the warning text, not the template, that would get them blocked.
Perhaps we could use the idea on the Introduction, where the actuall template is called Template:Please leave this line alone. That way, when they want the template to appear, they type {{Please leave this line alone}}, making it so users aren't confused.
We could move this template to something like Template:You will get blocked if you edit this line!
