He has Strong Bad's face-mask-shaped-thing, wings, and a yellow dangly tongue. Strong Bad thinks he is cuter than The Cheat, and lets The Cheat know. This starts a bit of a fight between Strong Bad and The Cheat, which is as-yet unresolved. Could this be the introduction to a minor, goblin-like character?
