AshyRaccoon is just some Homestar Runner fan, and was introduced to it by a Slashdot user's post about the "Techno" email a long time ago.
Random information: I have a brightly colored "RadioShack Funtime Keyboard" which has drums and instruments sounding just like the theme from StrongBadZone, and some of the drums I've heard in other places here and there (Drive-Thru).
