That name was probably to avoid any copyright infringement.
- Except, it would be trademark, not copyright, and you can't trademark "swiss cake roll" any more than you can trademark "apple pie". It's a generic name for a dessert that's been made for centuries. Still, who wants to get lawyers involved?
