This parrot is a legless parrot whose bottom half, including wings, is wrapped up. He hangs around with other deformed animals: Li'l Brudder, Tendafoot, and a possum. He tends to rock back and forth, apparently not having an easy time maintaining his balance. His name may be Piddles. From his rocking left and right on an oval shaped bottom, he resembles Weebl.
