Bubs' Ha-Ha-Halloween Comedy Club is a comedy club that Bubs sets up for the Halloween Fairstival. He tells cliché jokes about how women can't drive and music today is terrible. Strong Bad noticed that it is just the side of the concession stand. Strong Mad thought Bubs was hilarious.
It was also a "Poetry Slam" contest, though the only audience members seemed to be Marzipan and Homsar. Strong Sad, as far as we know, was the only contestant.
