Marshie is the mascot for Fluffy Puff Marshmallows. Homestar Runner hates that freakin' marshmallow, understandably. He's famously creepy and his commercials are often composed of non-sequitur gibberish. He had a cameo role in Cheat Commandos...O's, in which he managed, if it's possible, to be even stranger than usual. Marshie's 1936 equal is Mr. Shmallow, who is just as creepy.
