Chocolate seems to be a foodstuff commonly enjoyed in the Homestar Runner universe.

Email flag day — In the national anthem of Strong Badia, one of the lines says "And there's probably lots of chocolate".
Strong Badia National Anthem — Strong Bad tells the class that if they don't sing the amthem right they won't get any chocolate milk for the rest of the term.
The House That Gave Sucky Treats — When Strong Sad comes to your door, you can give him cooking chocolate.
Teen Girl Squad 7 — Cheerleader claims to have her "very own chocolate bar".
Email different town — Bubs gives away flamethrowers that shoot chocolate 100 dollar bills, he claims it is imitation chocolate.
Email bottom 10 — Strong Bad dislikes the practise of giving chocolate desserts dangerous names.
Cheat Commandos...o's — A Blue Laser Commander attempts to get Firebert to smoke chocolate with him.
Also, in the breakfast at the end, it contains chocolate cake.
Email strong badathlon — Homsar refers to the Whatsit covered The Cheat as "chocolate cake".
