As most of you may know, one can't simply ''create'' a comittee (especially not in the main namespace). The existing committies were created after quite a bit of discussion regarding their necessity. Now, this "committee" is basically what the entire wiki is for. Every user on the wiki adds information to articles that need them, on a regular basis.
