Oh, oh!  I can explain that easily enough!  You see, the head more than likely has an inner "lip" in it, as would the neck hole.  When you push down the neck's inner-lip with the head's, it activates the mechanisms in the arms resulting in the mentioned Double Deuce Action!  Makes a lotta sense, doesn't it?  It could ''totally'' work!  {{User:Jessica Ingmann/sig}} 12:18, 17 November 2006 (UTC)

It is unclear how you can take the head off the Strong Bad action figure, and still press down on it for "Double Deuce Action".
