The Error Page is where cartoons occur when a system error has taken place. The background text is from an Internet Explorer error page that loads when the URL does not exist, or the server is experiencing difficulties. The Brothers Chaps use this locale for toons that make fun of the accessibility of Homestarrunner.com content. Even though it's just an error page, characters can interact with it as if it were a normal background. There is a wind noise in the page when no one is around. After the 'toon in the error page, a pop up appears taped to the screen.
