Strong Bad is clearly out of date when it comes to his technology. Videlectrix supports this by releasing 8-bit and 16-bit games that are usually low-quality.

The Paper, as well, appears to come from a tractor-fed dot matrix printer. Once state-of-the-art, such printers are now nearly non-existent.
