He has Strong Bad's face-mask-shaped-thing, wings, and a yellow dangly tongue. Strong Bad thinks "Sterrance is way cuter than that stupid ugly old washed-up The Cheat I used to have" and lets Captain Past-His-Prime, The Cheat, know it. This starts a bit of a fight between Strong Bad and The Cheat, which is as-yet unresolved. Could this be the introduction to a minor, goblin-like character?
