Does anybody know what "dry meal" is supposed to be?

The dictionary says:

meal: n.
  1. The edible whole or coarsely ground grains of a cereal grass.
  2. A granular substance produced by grinding.
Think corn meal. P.S. Please sign your posts. — InterruptorJones[[]] 08:04, 13 Apr 2005 (MDT) Maybe it means a granular substance produced by grinding that is lacking moisture.--Neverending Soda 00:05, 29 Aug 2005 (UTC)
