Strong Sad: future college professor
Marzipan: baker or vet
Pom-Pom: hired boy-toy
Strong Bad: pro e-mail checker or mooch
The Cheat: a petty crook

To contribute to the topic, I get the feeling that Strong Bad already is a professional email checker. I'm not sure how he gets money from that, though. Licensed was kind of ambiguous about whether or not he sells merchandise. Unless he somehow gets paid for the unlicensed merchandise.
