Shmorky from SomethingAwful does something similar once in a while, called "Tub Bites". Ironically, one of them was dedicated to making fun of stuff on the internet, including Homestar Runner :D.

Anyway about the Very Very Little Girl thing: While watching it, I said "SAY SOMETHIN' CUTE", right before Homestar uttered the line. I think I could see 2 seconds into the future :P

Somethings not right. The toon keeps freezing at the part when the cheat spits out the fries and when he makes that creepy sound like hes about to cry.

EDIT: It worked finaly! I liked the easter egg.

"You want to go out some time?"

"Music plays"

Haha, weird. I have a feeling this is just a bunch of stuff they had lying around and didn't know what to do with it. XD

I practically... CHEERED at the Pom Pom part. XD; Not only was he actually IN a toon for once, he was being COMPLETELY AWESOME.

I wanna make an avatar or something of the Coach Z-dactyl, he was funky. The weird thing is, I've been thinking it'd be funny if they made a prehistoric-themed toon with all the characters as cavemen or dinosaurs or whatever. I guess this is close enough :P

And eee~ Very Very Little Girl~ So cuuuuuute <3

I wonder if this was intended to be a parody in return? At any rate, I loved it. The Pom Pom part actually reminded me of the teaser that was recently released for the Ninja Turtles movie. Congrats to Mike and Missy on the new baby.

That was great. The only part I didn't lik was the Limozeen segment.

Yay for Very Very Little Girl!

This one definitely gets "Three noses?"

:pom: nja was so totally rocking. We need to twist TBCs arm so they'll make a series out of it.
I also appreciated the references to egg, bread, pie (pi?) and steak, as well the the  apparently reimagining Coach Z as having an Itallian Accent. Oh, and the Rockin' lazor sho.

Who watches short shorts? *da da da da da da!* A nice set of toons for the ADD-riddled days of summer. Surprisinly, my favorite bit about Ninja Pom was Coach Z's offhand little line at the end. Very funny! I also loved the "brain with fishnet stockings" from the Limozeen Sequence. Now I want to see a full-length Cavestar Runner cartoon!XD

Hooray for Pom Pom.

I didn't like the Limozeen part, though.

"You have no interest in the crazy man over here!"

Easily one of the best puppet Homestar lines ever.

I kind of wanted a Strong Sad segment, though. Instead of Limozeen.

but this toon still scores a 9/10 for the short short toons.

Am I the only one that actually kind of liked the Limozeen part?

No, but the 80s is mostly a "you had to have been there" joke, unlike the 70s.

Ya know, that's EXACTLY what I thought the minute I realized they were a bunch of short shorts. And just yesterday I was thinking how awesome it would be to have a prehistoric themed Homestar cartoon.Thank you, Lord! That Pom Pom thing was freakin awesome, too.The Limozeen thing cracked me up when they showed Texas for no apparent reason (which happens in all the real-life laser shows I've seen, too). All in all, it was awexome.Times 2.

Ah yes. It's great too see Pom Pom back again. Three words. Ninjas. Are. Flippin. Awesome. Wait was that four? Oh forget it. It was funny but I almost cried/threw up when I saw The Cheat trying to stuff all those french fries into his mouth. The intervals with the man in shorts were uh... not pleasing. I remember once my friend at school tried to stuff as many tater tots into his mouth at once. I think he did 17. Probably not as nearly as many as The Cheat though. Anyway Limozeen was OK. Not a huge fan of PBTC but still liked caveman/prehistoric thing. The one at then end with H*R and Pom Pom was kinda funny. The easter egg was good. Baby was cute. Personally I think this is one of the better Non-SB Email toons. 9.2/10

Peace Out
Mattyboy

Great toon! I loved all the little skits. Except I didn't get the end of the Pom Pom one. But Very, Very Little Girl is ADORABLE!!! ^_^

I didn't like the "Powered By The Cheat" one. It was too random, but not in a good random way.

I loved the first Pom Pom one. So strange, so bizzarre.

I didn't get this one at first, but I just finished watching it a second time. Funny stuff.

8/10.

I like the part with Pom-Pom being a Ninja, the first one with The Cheat, the Puppet Stuff Easter egg and the one with Homestar and Pom-Pom the best.

I loved the Pom Pom segment. Especially with that flash grenade or whatever it was. I guess I could look on the wiki. Smoke bomb. Anyway - great stuff there. I like the reference to Mark Lemke too, those are always fun to spot. The PBTC thing made very little sense to me, but overall, it was grood. I need a number ratings system like you've got, so .. 25 / 30

That was terrific. Loved the Pom Pom bit. But does anybody remember an interview or something where TBC said they might make a pom pom fighting game? This could possibly be the start of that. Does anybody else remember this or am I going mad? They should make a full Caveman Homestar cartoon. Yay!

The appearance of Mike and Missy's baby would tend to help explain the mid-summer multi-week layoff.

I expect big things, as Mike's sure sleep-deprivation will do nothing but inspire some really weird stuff.

Okay, that was like, the ultimate toon. Ever.

I'm gonna be quoting the Homestar/Pom Pom bit SO much now.

Ha. I really liked the Limozeen part for some reason. lol. The fact "Larry" makes at the begining as sparkley things fly out of his head was hillarious.

The Pom Pom part was really cool. I wish TBC would make some kind of "action" toon. That was a good sampling of how Pom Pom could kick some butt in one.

I really liked all of it but those were my favorite parts. The girl is very cute... and very, very little. The only thing I didn't like much was the ending segment.

But I'd like to see another one or two of these short shorts toons before summer is over!

Pure Awesome...in a cup. The scene with Pom Pom was a bit reminicent of Naruto or Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon, but it still rocked. I think I'm the only one that liked the last short, I thought there were some classic Homestar moments in there.

In closing:

"You and me...soggy napkin"

Pretty good! I didn't laugh much, but maybe I wasn't in the right mood. I did chuckle at the end of the Pom Pom thing with Coach Z talking about the deodorant. I appreciated how large a role Pom Pom played in this, although I did want a bit more Marzipan and Bubs. I like the idea of several small segments being put together to form a larger whole. All in all, not bad. I gives it a 3 outta 5. That's a 6 out of 10.

This morning I showed my 15-years-and-8-months-old brother the toon, but it looked like he wasn't amused at all. He doesn't even laugh at whatever I found funny in that toon. Since there will be more shorts, answering machine features, TGS issues, and such, I assume there will be more than two volumes of the Everything Else DVD collection?

Meh. In my opinion, I found this toon unfunny. Everything felt like it was forced out too fast in too many short segments. The shorts had potential, but only if they were a bit longer and some of the segments were slowed down some (like Strongbad talking to the Cheat at the beginning). The very, very little girl was cute, but that's the only positive thing I can say about this one. At least there was an update, though.

I don't contribute to the Wiki, but I need to post this so that someone who does work on it can post it...

I'm surprised there hasn't been any mention of the real world reference in the Pom Pom short. Doesn't anyone else remember those deodorant commercials from... I dunno, some months ago? I've seen them on TV and online. Anyway, they feature these people going to work in the morning, doing all kinds of crazy action movie acrobatics and whatnot. Definite reference, if you ask me.
