Well I got exposed to H*R a few years ago, a friend in one of my old Star Trek clubs posted the link to "Weird Dream" - the one where Strong Bad uses the Cheat's computer. We were having a discussion about Mac Vs PC and he posted that one. I thought it was kinda funny, didn't really go hogwild about it. But I checked the e-mails out every so often. Until only recently did I start going to the site almost hourly lol... all the e-mails from the beginning and all the toons and such.

Now I'm freakin' hooked

The first thing I ever saw was "New Boots" because I came when it was ew and clicked on the main page button. You'd think that a PBTC would be bad first exposure, but I really got hooked.

However, when I first came to the site, I tried the Games first, and the first I ever played was Bronco Trolleys. Then I watched the toons.

The Luau, linked from some crappy flash toon site that I immediately stopped going to after discovering H*R. Instant hooktion. I watched everything else on the site before the night was through. Of course, that's a fraction of what there is now. I think there were less than 10 sbemails made at the time. I don't think I've gone more than a month without checking the site since. Usually, it's about twice a week at least: once for new stuff, and then to relive my old favorites.

The first thing I saw were the character pages, but I don't remember which one I watched first. The first SBEmail I saw was "part-time job" and the first toon I saw was "Bug In Mouth Disease".

A friend of mine in a YIM chat who sent me a link to the email "japanese cartoon." As an anime fan, I found it absolutely hilarious, and checked out the rest of the site, and loved it.

My first thing ever was TROGDOR, the game. It was new back then. Heh, back then I only cared about games... because of that, I left for quite some time. I came back after 7 months or so. And then I discovered that this page had toons and all that other stuff. When I came back, my first one was "First time here?"

A friend of mine showed me Homestar Presents: Presents a few months ago. Then I saw The Reddest Raddish.

They actually played the Experimental Film music video at a school dance once.

I watched and loved Teen Girl Squad...but after hearing a lot about the main site I watched "Strong Bad Goes To Jail", followed by "A Jorb Well Done".

I was hooked. But it took me a while to get into the sbemails, actually.
