My first exposure was when my friend came over and was all like "Wanna go on H*R.com?" And I was like "what the hey?" and then he showed me "sisters". I wondered if the whole site was like that, and didn't go back for a while. Then I came back and watched a Jorb Well Done, because it was on the "First Time Here" thing.

And then I did a TOTPD. :eekdance:

I can't remember. It was either Teen Girl Squad #1 or The House That Gave Sucky Treats.

The first thing I ever saw was Parsnips A-Plenty. I somehow missed out on the first 3 years of the site's existence.

A friend quoted SB at me, expecting me to recognize the reference. I didn't. So he hooked me up with some linkage. Parsnips A-Plenty was the new update at the time.

Been hooked ever since.

My first exposure was "sibbie". I then got hooked, simple.

The first thing I ever saw WAS an e-mail. It was "guitar". Someone had linked to it at another forum in a thread about cool flash movies. Some time after seeing that, I decided to poke around the rest of the site. It was around the time "vacation" came out, I think. In any case, I've been a loyal fan ever since.

My first thing was the Trogdor game. I got to it off of Addictinggames.com. I thought it was awesome. Then I clicked around the site and got hooked!

Mine was the King of Town Commentary. My friend gave me a like, and I didn't understand it at the time.

Wow, did you think that was the style for the website at the time? I wouldn't be hooked seeing a PBTC cartoon first.

Well, luckily for me, it was the pure e-mail, with the intro from SB. The voices were hilarious!

The very first thing I saw was "The Interview," because that is what my friendwanted to show me. I was hooked instantly. And, I can almost recite that toon from memory.

That'd be dragon, quite possibly my favourite Strong Bad e-mail and cartoon for the sentimental reasons, as well as for just how awesome it is. I recall laughing joyously as Strong Bad wrote, "The s is for sucks"... good days.

I first saw "Meet Marshie" when my brother showed me about a year or 2 ago. I kept watching it again and again. It was hilarious.

Believe it or not. The first thing I saw was http://www.homestarrunner.com. Someone (That was his actual username) on a forum had the link in his sig. It brought me there. After that I watched the intro, was disturbed by it kidiness (I hate that theme.), and ended up on the bowling menu. Too bad I can't remember what the first toon was I saw.

I watched the "first time" stuff first... I found out about HR by watching a show on Tech TV.

Mine was King of Town, I didn't like it very much so I didn't go back to the site. Then, one day, I found it accidentally in a search. And now I love it!

Same here.
Then the intro.
Then "First time here."
Then "Parsnips A-Plenty."
The 1936 style utterly confused me.

The intro to the website was the first thing, but that was because it playeed automatically. (I was first introduced to H*R in May of 2003) It was either the first time here video, or Crazy Cartoon, which was a brand new e-mail that day.

Everybody to the Limit. I thought it was boring. Dumb me.

I was at my friends house, and he was watching it when I got there, I came in at the U NO ME? part with the milk carton.
