Toons instead of SB e-mail?

The Poopsmith could hold up signs, like in "the show". Eh! Steve might pose more of a problem, being that he only seems to have one phrase he can say, which is his name. Homsar would be a prime candidate though.

A conversation between Homsar and the Poopsmith? I mean there has to be a connection between the two, just look at the Halloween toons.

But anyway, yeah, I think they could have a pretty funny "conversation".
It would really be great for character development, I think. And it would be a nice change from All Strong Bad All The Time.

Well, you had double posted, which is against the rules. She could have Deleted them but chose not to. That, and the Poopsmith/Homsar 'Conversations' were so out of character that it became unfunny.

Also, I didn't do anything to the smileys, I just copy/pasted the whole thing and somehow it came out with their names rather than the smilies.

Well, the characters acting so...out of character is a start. I don't think that either Homsar or the Poopsmith would act like in the Conversation that you deleted.

Remember: The Poopsmith can't speak and Homsar only talks gibberish. Try to keep it that way when you use them.

You made Homsar make sense. Big no-no. Also, some of the stuff the Poopsmith "said" was stuff you wouldn't usually read on signs, it would be stuff he would have to had read outloud. Like "Oh lord....its HIM again!" and "Then you're as stupid as homestar man!"

I stand by my belief that homestar should have his own segment. The Cheat makes cartoons, Marzipan has an answering machine, Strong Bad checks his email and makes a comic. Why can't Homestar do something??

I like-a the SBEmails, but I think they should be every other week, with something else in between.

I don't think people would be to upset if there were no SBemails for a while - it's free entertainment after all! And the toons can be funny without SB (don't get me wrong, I love SB ) as well.

Or, like someone else mentioned, SB could be dealing with something else for a few weeks (video game, internship/job at Senor Mordgage , or on vacation) while there's a few new toons made. Or Pom-Pom can answer Pom-Pilot messages...wait, he can't speak. Or Homestar can answer letters. The Cheat can answer emails too. Or just a few updates to answering machines, teen girl squads, new Big toon, etc.

well the emails should be the main focus, because then the longer toons can strike up some excitement later, but the emails maintain a reason to come back to the site. But they've been doing little of both lately...that's too bad..but it's a really long time between emails nowadays...flash should take less time

And DTP, you say "flash should take less time", but don't forget that TBC actually have lives outside of H*R.com. Personally, I would like something other than SBemails every single week. I still want something every week, just a little more variety...
