The latest Old-Timey cartoon was in 1937, correct? What if TBC made a WWII, in about 1939-1945 cartoon featuring the H*R characters?

That'd be pretty cool. But it would mostly not be violent, but hilarious instead. Strong Bad, Strong Man and the Sneak would be in the Axis side. The Homestar Runner and Fat Dudley would be in the Allies. KoT 1936 - Kaiser - definetly Axis, but maybe they could have internal conflicts with SB.

Whaddaya think? I think it sounds good. :)

Nah, I wouldn't like it too much if they did a WWII toon. There was so much that went on during WWII it would kinda be inapproiate if they did one.

WWI, yes. Flying aces and all that. WWII, no. Everno.

Actually, I think this person's confused WWI with WWII. Hence the Kaiser and Axis...ness.

No way. No involving the H*R characters with anything that happened in the real world. It makes the whole illusion crumble to try and imply that Free Country USA is somewhere actually tangible in the country.

Besides, The Sneak clearly put a bengal tiger in the Kaiser's latrine, so there's your WWI reference. Not to mention the Boss Tweed thing.

Have you ever seen the old Looney Toons cartoons from WWII? They're very violent and offensive. I know TBC wouldn't do that, but it would still be close enough to weird me out big time.

No one should EVER SEE THOSE. What Bugs says in those things are unforgivable.

They al;so have the simply most messed-up thing Dr. Seuss has ever made as a WWII cartoon. Inappropriate.
