They've never done one before, so it's possible but not likely. What would it be about, anyway? The characters holding a New Year's party?

I would like it, but I agree with Shwoo. I don't think it can be done.

I could only think of 3 ideas, none of which are that good:
1. A parody of the Time Square ball
2. The characters make resolutions that will be broken the following January (this is probably the most decent but will take us all a month to get)
3. Everybody fears something similar to Y2K (this is probably the worst)

It'd be cool to have one, but I highly doubt that they will.

That would be awesome, but I extremely doubt they will, they never have. Why would they start now?

Well... they might do one but I highly doubt it (5% yes they will)

BUT that doesn't mean that it wouldn't be good. It would be even more hilaious if they were all drunk!!

I agree, that would be pretty funny. XD

But, I don't think they're going to do a New Year's Toon, sadly. DX

I think they should do one, if only to do holiday stuff that is NOT Halloween, Thanksgiving and/or Decemberween for a change.

It could involve resolutions that will just get broken. For instance, The Cheat could make a resolution to quit smoking, only to light up the instant it turns midnight.

I think it would be cool if...

Strong Bad went missing and everybody was looking for him. Except Marzipan, who isn't there.
(The Field)
:sm: (crying) COME OUT COME OUT WHEREVER YOU ARRRREEE!!!
:hr: (popping up all over the screen) Hey Strooong Bad??!
(stops at the stick) Hey, The Stick, have you by any chance seen Strong Bad? (looks angry) ... hey!! you don't see me insulting YOUR mom!
(camera pans away from homestar with the cheat running towards everyone in the field searching, but mainly to homestar and the stick - camera pans back over)
:hr: Well of course I know sticks don't have moms!!
:cheat: (cheat noises)
:hr: What's that the cheat? You say you found Strong BAd!??! Lead the way short stuff!!
(everybody leaves)
(Homestar sticks his head back into the frame)
:hr: Don't think this changes things the stick.... I'mmmm watching you.

(Everyone runs into SB's house --- the cheat is on the phone)
:cheat: (cheat noises)!! Meh!!
:hr: The FUTURE?!! ... all the way into next year?!
:coachz: Wowzers!! A reeeal liveee call from the futuuure!!! Hey Strong Bad, does my life get any less depressing in the future?
:sb: (over the phone) ... uhmm, no, Coach Z. It uhm, no.
:hr: Be sure to tell future the stick I hate him!
:sb: (phonecall becomes staticy) Iii --- need.... be sure... or we're all doomed!
(phone call hangs up)

...

anyway im getting tired of this, but lol, the point was that Strong Bad calls from next year by being in a different time zone and everyone thinks when he returns that he is future strong bad from the future or something... I dunno. lol. My brain is too tired to think it through.

They tend to take a break on Christmas Vacation, so I doubt they'll ever make one.

Since New Years Eve has already rolled by, I don't think we will see one.
