Well, yes, indeed it would. Sam, you would need to somewhere put in there that they are not your creation or characters, and that thy are made by TBC. You can say that the plot is yours though.

I think they should do another toon of "Sweet Cuppin' Cakes". It's been a long time since the last toon came out.
