Where it says TBC did the animation, that means "the animation was ripped off the site instead of drawn". They didn't actually work on the toon.

The cartoon was well done... It wasn't as good as the official H*R, but that's to be expected.

What about a toon where they take reaal pictures but add like strong bad looking for diections and people looking at him weird

A cool toon would be Strong bad, Senior Cardgage, Stinkoman, and Old timey Strong bad trapped in a room
