TOTPD!!! :ehsteve:

No, the preview was huge enough already. If they actually made the movie, it would be finished already (because you can't make the two completely seperate), and so they'd've told us when it'd come out. There's just no way (in the near future). It'd be a gread idea someday, though. :ehsteve:

while i do want a scalding lake shirt, i really doubt it's a real movie.
i mean that's like searching for a Free Country USA and trying to call Senor Cardgage Mortgage at 5555-55585-5555-SENOR-MORTGAGE-TODAY

I'm not absolutely sure, but they might. The Chaps shock us at times, so you never know. And, the movie would be funny. The trailer alone made me wet myself! So, I voted yes.

IF they DO make one, I hope it has a better ending than the actual game!

It's going to happen. They already have all of the props and such and have filmed many parts of the scenes. If they don't make this film all of that talent and money would be wasted. They already did this with the game and I'm sure they will do the same for the film. Since they already have all of the props no more money would be wasted except on film, much of which they already have scenes on so they just need to finish the rest. And despite certain arguements they can make it into a full length motion picture despite what anyone says who speed run thru the game cause there are so many things in the game to try like attempting to scare Gary without the mask or offering the Kerrak a Cold One. All of these things and more! Come on everypeoples, you know The Brothers Chaps would do something like this!

Besides, think about it. They show a lot of movie trailers during the Super Bowl. Last year they showed Secret Window's.

You seem pretty sure they're going to make one.Think again.

Read all of it. They aren't making one.

That's so funny!

When did they change the FAQ? Is that recent?

They never advertised that, did they?

Does anyone have the answers to my questions?

There won't be a Peasant's Quest movie. I knew that was gonna happen. It seemed so much like those fake movie trailers they show on MadTV

Yup, the FAQ has answered this poll's question. There will not be a full-length Peasant's Quest Movie. Well, there is one, and it's full-length is 3 minutes.

Period. Now let's abandon this topic as it's pretty much useless now.

ONE MORE, when the game trailer came out I thought it was a joke, but they actully did make the game, so I bet they'll put a 15 min. movie along with a bunch of shorts on a DVD!

They're not actually making a movie, DB. The preview was just a joke. Look on the FAQ.

Yeah, too bad though, it would have been nice to see a full length movie, but I guess it's not gonna happen.

Since it's already been mentioned in the other Peasant's Quest movie trailer thread, the new FAQ page prettymuch answers the question as to whether a PQ movie will come out (answer: no).

Well, it didn't say there will NEVER be a PQ movie. Plus, I don't think TBC would spend so much money on a 3 min. short.

OK, I need to get a life.

They didn't say that it was a joke. Just because it is short doesn't mean it is not full length.

Well, you can never really know what TBC have up their sleeves. But, they normally keep their promices. Except for the whole " Monday Updates" thing.

It seems very, very likely to me that they'll start selling a Scalding Lake t-shirt soon. And I'm gonna buy one.

And they apparently HAVE started selling Scalding Lake t-shirts. Go figure.

Maybe I should actually hurry up and get one of these, especially since I missed out on getting a Bubs shirt.

Just a sec. Read the wording of the FAQ:

Q. Is there going to be a full-length Peasant's Quest movie or what?
A. There already is one. It's 'full length' is three minutes.

It never A full-length movie, just the trailer's 'full length'. It's clever wordplay leaves you guessing... ;)

Check the FAQ, geniuses! But, it would be a high degree of awesome if there was one. It would be brilliant. I'd watch it. I'd watch it 9 times!

No it doesn't. It leaves me thinking, "Oh, so the trailer was all the movie we're going to get."

That's apparently what they're trying to get across.

It specifically says in the H*R F.A.Q. that the only "full-length Peasant's Quest movie" is the trailer. :sm:
