Wired.com article (spoilers)

If you want to wait for the "next time on Strong Bad's Cool Game for Attractive People" trailer on Dangeresque 3, don't click the link, but I suggest that everyone looks at this. It's pretty epic.

Also, http://hrwiki.org/index.php/8-Bit_is_Enough

It's on other sites, so I'm pretty sure it's real. There's also a pic on the wiki; it's quite shocking.

So, more likely than not, we'll either get a sequel to Trogdor or Stinkoman level 10. How in the world could they have them as main characters and then not use them in the Videlectrix game? (Just like Limozeen's Hot Babelian Odyssey).

I've got a good feeling that the Trogdor arcade game in the basement will have something to do with the game.

NOTE:The contents of this post contain plot spoilers of amazingly obvious and speculative nature. You have been warned.

I think :trogdor: and :stinko: come to Free Country via the arcade game and the Fun Machine to ask :sb: to go back to 8-Bit style stuff.

I don't think that they're gonna ask, I think Strong Bad is gonna have to FORCE them back to their own realms.
But that's just me, what with Strong Bad's cynicism and all.

Yeah, that does seem more likely. Especially Trogdor... he's been wanting to play that arcade machine all season, and if Troggie's broken out, then that's just not going to happen. He'll have to get His High Royal Burninator back into the game, or he'll never be able to play it again. Which would be a sad day for all involved (that is to say, all involved whose opinions matter to Strong Bad; that is to say, Strong Bad).

Location: Ryanopolis, or the old Pietimer Place. Whatever works really
so is there anything other than that one page that says that the name of episode five will be 8-bit is enough? i mean, either way, it's still pretty cool!

[EDIT] ok, i just now saw the wired.com link, that was definately informative

the thing im also wondering is if there will be any holiday references, i doubt there will be anything about halloween, but maybe there might be something about decemberween in one of the next two, who knows?

OK, what. Could this be yet another hint at Stinkoman Level 10? Could Level 10 be released before the fanstuff wiki comes back up? Could TBC win the bet?

I sure hope so. That thing's been down ever since I first went to the H*R site.

New trailer on Dangeresque 3 shows that not only is Trogdor masterfully rendered in 3D, but so is Stinkoman!

If this game still came with a bonus video, what would you like to see?
I would like to see:
A clip show with an extended version of "Please Stop Trying to Handle My Style" playing in the background
A teaser for the return of the Email show (I wouldn't mind either way if it was for Homestar's or for Strong Bad's)

I would not like to see:
An ad for another Telltale game, whether or not Strong Bad was in it

same here. it'd be like
{The characters: :hr: :sb: :sm: :sad: :cheat: :bubs: :coachz: :marzi: :pom: :kot: :poop: :homsar: :senor: walk onstage.}

:sb: and :hr: simultaneously: So, come here next week for our emails!

{SB and HR start to fight over who will get a show, and everyone is dragged in.}

You are not alone in your opinion. Maybe they'll even do another "Weclome Back" sort of thing.

Did anyone find anything in Dangeresque 3 that could hint about events in this game? I didn't.

Holy crap, you're right! Wow, that would be pretty awexome of Videlectrix was an important part of the plot in this game.

You know what would be awesome? If Videlectrix tried to hack into the TTG website as a joke. They said 'Check back in the coming days as we strike back!', so it's possible.
Oh, and mouse over Strong Bad on the Videlectrix homepage. He won't be happy if he sees that.

I sure hope so. That thing's been down ever since I first went to the H*R site.

I'm serious. There's been many hints of it over the past year. If Level 10 does get released simultaneously to Episode 5, it would be a perfect Decemberween present.

N. O.

I don't think I'd like there to be a tax on Level 10.
Besides, they HAVE to put it on the site menu, right?
Well, I guess it could be promo media.

But I REALLY want the Fanstuff Wiki back up.

From what I can tell, this looks like it's going to be pretty good.

Stinkoman and Trogdor: together in Free County USA for the first time!

I'm eager to see how this plays out.

Hey, does anyone but me think the Trogdor theme (the beeping version) would make a great ringtone?

It does! on some phones, you can write your own ringtones (My Motorola can) if you know the notes. It takes forever to get the timing down, but once you start its easy.

FYI the ones I used to get the best sound was:

DDDD A# DDDD G DDDD A# D G D F G (and a little C off the end if you loop into the whole theme)

No bass line though.

But if you gots one of them awexome handy-dandy doohickey ridden new-fangled cellpones:
http://www.videlectrix.com/songs/pq_theme.mp3
the whole theme is right there.

Merged some posts into the 8-Bit is Enough thread.

Also, getting a bit sick of adventure games after I got fixated on Sam & Max and played every SBCG4AP episode as soon as it came out, but still looking forward it. Trogdor I find to be overrated, but Stinkoman consistently amuses me.
