Location: Looking for a new avatar
Okay, I run a windows vista, and now all of the sudden,
the windows inside programs are now looking like Windows 98 frames.
I tried changing the theme in the control panel, but it wouldn't
let me change the frame of the windows. I conveniently currently
have a window open from before this happened, but paint keeps freezing
when I try to save the screenshot...
