What if you made a mistake in the polls selection and wanted to add another option or delete it? How do you do that? Or is there any way?

You should be able to edit your first post of the poll.

I'm sorry, but it doesn't work. When I click the "edit" icon, I'm only given an opportunity to revise the text and nothing else.

I forgot, only mods and admins can edit a poll once it's been voted on.

I can remove the poll if you want.

If the poll has already been voted on, just pm a mod or admin in the section explaining what you want to change.

No, don't remove it. Just edit it. Here's what I want edited: http://forum.hrwiki.org/viewtopic.php?t=12545.

As of late, there are only two choices. I want a third option: "Neutral" (or "I can't make up my mind").

Don't remove the poll, just add that third option I mentioned above. Thanks.
