Ok, I can get one game. If it has to last me a month, what would you suggest?
Here's my top five:
1) Animal Crossing: Wild World (Sim) - Good time waster, as it's a life simulator; four seasons and a real-time clock that shows morning, noon, day, night, etc.; seasons and times change the cosmetics of the game, such as when fish or bugs will appear; catch fish, catch bugs, shoot down balloons holding gifts in the air, collect fossils, etc.; collect hundreds of items to place in your house; your house starts out small, but by selling things, it can grow from a shack to a mansion; main shop in the game can be upgraded once you've bought and sold enough things; numerous visitors appear that can give you gifts such as free carpeting or shirts if you do things for them; an in-game "stock market" that lets you buy turnips and sell them for different prices at different times of the day; lot's of other things. Excellent game, though I began playing it less and less after a few months, but I've clocked in probably close to a hundred hours in it.
2) Super Mario 64 DS (Platforming/Action) - Lots of new stuff from Super Mario 64; 30 extra stars (150 stars); numerous stars have been changed from the original; many pretty good mini-games to collect; four characters; better graphics than the 64 counterpart.
3) Mario Kart DS (Racing)- Sixteen new tracks, and sixteen tracks from previous games; twelve different karts; decal editor; pretty fun online; mission mode that lets you perform numerous, rather fun tasks; cool battle mode courses (BLOCK FORT!!1!); up to four-player online races, or eight-player local races; good graphics.
4) Metroid Prime Hunters (First Person Shooter) - Excellent multiplayer, especially online; okay single-player campaign; good graphics.
5) Trauma Center: Under the Knife (Surgery?) - Perform surgery on patients (just don't try and become a real-life surgeon after playing it

); do things such as cutting open patients, stitching wounds, draining blood, and more, as you try to do things such as remove tumors, save people who are having heart attacks, and a bit into the game, stop a worldwide-threatening virus that comes in numerous forms that requires strategy to remove; not necessarily like real surgery, as it becomes more sci-fi throughout the game; starts getting pretty difficult near the middle of the game.
