This article is pure FUD.
They keep saying "TMZ has learned that..."
Well you know what? That's code for "We made the following up..."
If they're not going to cite their sources they they might as well write it on a peice of toliet paper for all the credibility it should get.
Or were you not aware that a man is presumed innocent until proven guilty around here? Get him on tape saying it or get an eye(ear?)wiottness to swear that he heard him say this, then I'll reconsider. Untill then, lay off Mel Gibson.
And no, I am not a Mel Gibson fanboy. I'm a fair treatment fanboy.
So, are you saying that the police report pages that the article had for download in PDF format were made up?
Why yes: Yes I am.

Golly. A 'handwritten note that has been 'aquired' by a website from an unnamed source. Oh, yeah, handwriiten notes are just SO hard to fake. You need paper... and pens... and the ability to write like someone else.. It's NEVER BEEN DONE!

Since when does an officer's notes that are evidence in a trial get posted to the internet before the trial? Isn't it supposed to be sealed in an evidence locker? Even if it's legitimate (and it sure doesn't look legitimate) the very fact that it's posted to the internet seems like a dirty trick by one of the lawyers to taint the jury pool.
I want to see this 'Deputy Mee' (if that is his real name) and I want to hear him tell us if this notepad is the real seal or not.
Golly, no interview with Deputy Mee on the TMZ website, yet they publish 'notes' they claim to be written by him. No mention of where they got these notes, no mention of if they asked Deputy Mee for the notes, or for permission to use the notes.
Gee, I think someone better call Deptuty Mee and tell him where he can find his stolen notes! I wonder how many years stealing an officer's notepad gets you in California? Is it a 'strike'? Can they send the SWAT team after you for it?
Now, if you'd bothered to RTFA, you'd see that nobody except TMZ is saying "Anti-Semite" about Mel Gibson. The cops aren't saying it. Mell's not saying it. Deputy Mee is MIA. And the Jews aparantly are just fine with what he said considering nobody from the local Jewish community has said word one about all this yet. Or maybe they just don't read TMZ or watch Fox News. Or believe everything they read. Or are complete gullible fools who accept evidence out of context that has dubious origins and could have been easily forged and has no available chain of evidence to examine and isn't backed up by a single actual witness that's available for an interview who backs up TMZ's claim. Yeah, I bet that's it....
