So. Today, instead of school, the eighth grade went to Paramount's Carowinds, an amusement park on the South Carolina/North Carolina border, as a special-type thing for the approaching end of school. I had a lot of fun there, standing around, looking at the brave people ride the coasters. But one thing stood out to me.
"BORG Assimilator".
A robot-themed flying coaster (means you lie down as you ride it), BORG Assimilator apparently tries to convince you to join a cyborg army, much like Robot Assimilation Day (May 11th) here at the HRWiki. As one walks through the path under the track, an eerie robotic voice tries to convince you to "join us" because "there is no escape". MechaAgentSeethrooBot seems to be still alive and well. While you look at the ride, it becomes glaringly obvious that the whole thing was constructed as a future nod to our very own Wiki holiday!
I move that we meet at Carowinds on May 11th, 2006 for our celebration.

I see you haven't played Twilight Princess. Why is that?
I got to the water dungeon thing and got bored.
WOW. You just lost the very little respect I had left for you.
