In the Homestar Runner Universe there is much stacking abound, usually in very large and/or tall quantities.

- Pigs on Head — The player assists Pageboy to stack pigs on his head, up to ten at once.
- A PC version of Pigs on Head was seen in 2 emails.
- Email virus — Marzipan gives an incomplete compliment to Strong Mad for making "the best stack of VHS tapes..." before The Virus turns her into an unintelligible ASCII version of herself.
- Email isp — Homestar Runner makes a large stack of "free sing-up CD's" in the shape of himself and attempts to give it to Strong Bad. The stack is seen running in the field later on.
- Malloween Commercial — Marshie talks about Fluffy Puff Marshmallows by chanting "Stack 'em to the heavens, stack 'em to the heavens, I can write a song called 'Stack 'Em to the Heavens'!"
- Play Date — Strong Mad stacks many cinder blocks atop Homestar Runner while they play blocks.
- Email being mean — Homestar has an ice cream cone with many stacked scoops of ice cream.
- Where U Goin' 2? — In The Cheat's video, there are many large stacks of Paunchberry iced cream. The stacks are so tall that Bubs exclaims "I can't even reach the top!".
