Thanks for the Welcome!!

Thanks guys!!! I love H*R and this fabulous wiki. I don't even check hr.com for updates as much as I check this great place. But...I'm only a kid and therefore do not quite understand the technical talk. Glad to be here all the same!!

PS: As you can tell by my name, I am a RABID "Weird Al" Yankovic fan...anyone else like/love him or his music????

Talk pages

Hi WeirdAl, glad to see you're enthusiastic about the wiki. Just one thing I should tell you: Article talk pages are there for you to discuss the content of the article, not to discuss your thoughts about the subject matter. If you're interested in more discussion on H*R-related material, you may want to visit our forum. Thanks, and hope you have a great time on the wiki! Heimstern Läufer 17:21, 20 January 2007 (UTC)

Oh...

Ohhhhhh...I get it...Thanks!! I'll do that!! (Didn't know...my mistake...)

Weird Al

I used to own every one of his CDs, until I grew out of him. His new CD, Straight Outta Lynwood is pretty funny. TheYellowDart(t/c)

Check it out, I'm indenting! Hey, WAY was just on the radio on a show called Wait Wait Don't Tell Me. Audio will be on their website in a few hours, check it out. Qermaq - (T/C) Image:Qermaqsigpic.png 17:57, 20 January 2007 (UTC)
Neat. I will. TheYellowDart(t/c)

Show Preview

Hello Weird Al, I see that you have made several consecutive edits to the same page. I want to point out the Show Preview button. It's right next to the Save Page button when you edit. You should use it whenever you are making a lot of experimental edits, for example when you are trying to get formatting right. Using the Show Preview button is quicker and easier than saving and clicking "edit" again, and will keep recent changes and page histories from being flooded. Thanks, TheYellowDart(t/c)

Weird Al

Hey, I'm a huge fan, myself! Hey, here's a test of your fandom, do you own the Weird Al Show Series Box Set? --TotalSpaceshipGirl3 22:48, 20 January 2007 (UTC)

Thanks!

Ahhh...{in Strong Bad voice which I can imitate perfectly} : I a-see... Thank you for pointing that out, YellowDart. {Cool name, BTW!}

Thanks for the compliment. See ya around, TheYellowDart(t/c). You are a cool guy. I'll add you to my list on my userpage.

If you want to reply...

If you want to reply to something on your talk page (or any talk page), you don't have to create a new topic for it. All you gotta do is press the "edit" button next to a subject title, then type what you wantunder what's already been written. To ident to reply to a specific topic, just make a colon (:) before you start writing. Here, I'll show you.-LordQuackingstick 22:53, 20 January 2007 (UTC)

"The Fish Was Delish and it Made Quite a Dish." See? It's easy!-LordQuackingstick 22:53, 20 January 2007 (UTC)

Kinda...

TSSG3, you're not gonna beleive this. I USED to have TWAS DVD set, but I recently went on a plane trip and I left 2/3 discs AND the case ON THE PLANE. I felt horrible on the ride home... So, to answer your question...I have ONE out of the three discs.

Like So...?

Lord Quacking Stick, is THIS what you're talking about? I hope so!! See, I indented!!!
Yes, good jorb, but try putting something under this topic without making a new one. Just click "edit" next to "like so" up at the topic title (all the way to the right). Then, write what you want underneath what already been said. Also, for each time you (or anyone) replies to the same comment, add another colon. That's how I indented on your indent.-LordQuackingstick 23:08, 20 January 2007 (UTC)
Like this...? I think I got it! I was confused by which "Edit" button you meant.
And be sure to sign your name. After you're done writing, just type four tildes (this is a tilde: ~). Type them by pressing shift, then the key above the tab key. If you want, you can put a dash or a space before the tildes. As such: -LordQuackingstick 23:14, 20 January 2007 (UTC) (Where it says LordQuackingstick and the time, all I had to type was four tildes! It's so easy!)
