I think initially we should break it into 5- to 10-minute chunks so that way multiple people can transcribe it at once (if they jump on the opportunity before you do) and we can get this done faster. Does that sound good to you? Also, I like how you add <nowiki><!--time index notes--></nowiki> into the transcript. That's really helpful; we should keep those.
