Little advice

I was wondering....how would you get to be a sysyop? And what do they do??? Could you please answer my question on my talk page with a copy of the question? Thankyou so much!!!

Sysop Wannabe,

Hello Unme93. In regard you your question above, let me refer you to HRWiki:Administrators and our FAQ. Second, it is customary to continue a discussion on the same talke page it began, so please don't ask users to reply to you in another page. have a great time at the wiki, Elcool (talk)(contribs) 15:11, 8 August 2006 (UTC)

Senor Muycoolo beat me to it, but I was going to say just the same thing. The first link explains well just what being a sysop means—not what people often think—and the second link explains well what to do if you want to be one. And keeping things on one page is just so, in the future, people can read the whole conversation and it'll make sense. So I moved your question here.
Also, by the way, you mentioned "giving your email out"; by far the best way to do this is by using the wiki's built-in email function. See this message I left for someone else for why it's important, and how to. —AbdiViklas 23:34, 8 August 2006 (UTC)

HyperText Messup Language

By the way, for learning HTML, I recommend the tutorials at htmlgoodies.com. They were written in the 90s, so some references sound dated, but HTML is still HTML. The best place to start is with the First time here? page; if you want to start from scratch with the very basics of HTML, try the primers. Note that that page starts with three entries on XHTML, which is not the basics. The first HTML lesson is the fourth entry there. —AbdiViklas 20:28, 11 August 2006 (UTC)

You've just made my cool people list the same reason Brightstar Shiner got on it. Congrats! - LAZOR Leave a message. {beep}
