I know, I feel dumb trying to figure this out. I didn't know what else to say. I mean, like your name, it takes you to your page. I want to make a page but I want to know how to make my name clickable to take someone there. Does that make sense? - TheGirl

In order sign a talk page, you type ~~~~ (four tildes). That will not only include your name, it will add a time stamp. For more help in making a custom signature, check out HRWiki:Signature. It works just fine. It's red because you haven't put anything on user page. Once you have something there, it will turn blue. wbwolf (t | ed) 02:15, 27 October 2007 (UTC)

I tried reading that stuff and I don't think I'm ready to play around with that, yet. I'm usually a pretty fast learner, so I'll be good at this sooner or later, I think. (I already see that I haven't been indenting right, it looks like.) Tomorrow (morning, I hope), someone that knows a lot about this kind of stuff said he would help me. It's okay. Just tell me what picture you want. And I have no idea how many more days you can go without uploading. Why not ask a Sysop about how many more days until you can upload an image? (Like Trey56, DorianGray or It's dot com) Sam the Man 14:08, 27 October 2007 (UTC)

This, like many other things in this wiki, can only be known for sure by finding out yourself, testing things out yourself. After all, nearly nothing you can do here is completely permanent, and you are encouraged to be bold. Go to the upload page, fill out the form (following the instructions here and here) and click "Upload file". You'd think it said something if it didn't go through. Huh? I don't think you understood my question. Let me ask it a different way.  :) I understand that new users can't upload for a while (I get a "Permission Error" just by clicking "Upload file") - I just wondered if anyone knows for sure how long it takes before I'll be allowed to do that. Very, Very Little Girl

Okay, new question. I figured out how to put Very, Very Little Girl in one of my box thingies on my page, but I don't like the white border around her. I think it's on the pic itself. I think I could fix it, but I can't until I can upload. Can someone fix it for me? Pretty please? TheGirl 00:28, 28 October 2007 (UTC)
