Just because an article is nominated for deletion doesn't mean it will be deleted. I want to caution you again against editing while you're angry. You might burn a bridge that you didn't really intend to burn. Just about every long-time user, myself included, has had something deleted that they worked for a while on. That's just the nature of the wiki, and you shouldn't take it personally or be discouraged by it.
