Sigs

Well, for starters, you can create your sig here. You can change your sig to different colors and fonts, as long as you follow a few rules. If you need help with how to change fonts, change colors, and adding images, look here. Homestar-Winner (talk) 14:22, 23 December 2007 (UTC)

Hi, Katonator. I noticed that an image in your sig is larger than the 20px in height allowed for images in signatures. In order for your image to conform, you'd need to decrease the image of Strong Bad's head to 15px in width (at most). This policy is described in the links that Homestar-winner gave you; specifically you can read about it here. OptimisticFool 04:42, 3 February 2008 (UTC)

Using Show Preview

Hello Katonator 3000, I see that you have made several consecutive edits to the same page. I want to point out the Show Preview button. It's right next to the Save Page button when you edit. You should use it whenever you are making a lot of experimental edits, for example when you are trying to get formatting right. Using the Show Preview button is quicker and easier than saving and clicking "edit" again, and will keep recent changes and page histories from being flooded. By the way, about those, i think there's a way of templating your sig in a manner such that it knows what day it is... I'm not very experienced with complicated templating, my specialty is more pages and gnome work, but i'm sure i saw it done once.
