Personal Images

Whaddaya know, Haddiman? Sorry for reusing that joke. Anyhow, right now you have six personal images uploaded:

Unfortunately, the personal image policy only permits us to have two personal images (plus a small third one if you want to use it in your signature). So, I'm going to have to delete four of the above images. Which ones would you like me to delete? Thanks, Trey56 20:32, 26 March 2007 (UTC)

One other note, the following images are already on the server:
Since you can rescale these images, I might recommend that Image:Baby trogdor.png, Image:TROGDOR!.png, and Image:The s is for sucks.png be three of the four images you have deleted. Hope this helps, Trey56 20:36, 26 March 2007 (UTC)

first time memba

If you can read this, then delete all the trogdors and hsdance. Haddiman And how do i rescale images?

Okay, thanks for the quick reply!
You can rescale images by doing the following. So, for example, you want the baby Trogdor pic to have a width of 116 pixels, so when you call the image, you enter [[Image:Baby Trogdor (store).png|116px]], which produces
Let me know if I can clarify anything else. Thanks again, and see ya around! Trey56 20:45, 26 March 2007 (UTC)
aww... isn't he cute
One other note: you can use this together with the thumbnail option. [[Image:Baby Trogdor (store).png|thumb|116px|aww... isn't he cute]] produces the thumbnail to the right. Trey56 20:54, 26 March 2007 (UTC)

Just ONE! count 'em. ONE! more question. How do i find out how many pixels are in a picture? Thanks, Haddiman

If you click on the image above and scroll down to the "File history" section, it indicates that the current uploaded version of the file is 167 pixels wide and 173 pixels high. You can find this data for other images in the same section. If you're asking about how to determine what pixel width you want the image to be in the end, you can play around with that by trying different values and tweaking them if you don't like the result (using the "Show preview" button, as Heimstern Läufer suggested). Trey56 21:04, 26 March 2007 (UTC)

I can't seem to get an image to turn out with the rescale method. Haddiman

Hmm... what problems did you encounter? Trey56 22:21, 26 March 2007 (UTC)

It just came in the thumbnail but in red print

I don't think you had the filename quite right — see the Sandbox for an example (if that was you). Let me know if that doesn't fix the problem. Trey56 22:50, 26 March 2007 (UTC)

It was me =) Haddiman I went to the sandbox and i got it right for baby trogdor but i can't get it right for sucks trogdor.Haddiman

Okay, I posted a sample for that image in the sandbox — just change the number of pixels and the description as desired. Trey56 23:19, 26 March 2007 (UTC)
