Hey there. I saw your signature on several talk pages, and I'm afraid it doesn't confirm to [[HRWiki:Signature|our guidlines]]. It doesn't follow the first and most basic one - You're username should be there.

Also, the link to the random page is misleading. There is no reason for anyone who want to visit the userpage of the person who wrote the comment, and go to a random page.
