Usually, we try to avoid shouting at users or IP's, because that could make them a. want to vandalize more (particularly your user page) and b. feel left out of our community. Concerning vandalism

Hi, Numa Numa, I'm glad you're enthusiastic about dealing with vandalism; that's an important part of keeping the wiki running properly. Be careful, though, about when you warn a user. If the user removes a Fun Fact, the user probably just doesn't think the Fun Fact is accurate or relevant. This is not usually vandalism. When you do need to warn vandals, please use the templates given for this. For a first offense, use {{subst:test|diff=[diff of the vandal edit here]}} ~~~~; If the user does it again, try {{subst:blockwarning}}. Hey there, Cow Puncher. I noticed you uploaded Image:Daphne.PNG as one of your personal images. We should probably add Daphne to Minor Teen Girl Squad Characters, so would you mind if a tweak the image slightly and add it to that page in a new section?
