- Email your funeral — Homestar Runner comes into Marzipan's house wearing a trench coat.
- DNA Evidence — Homestar Runner comes into the computer room again wearing a trench coat.
- Email licensed — One of Strong Bad and The Cheat's licensed unlicensed "storefronts" is a dirty trench coat, with watches inside it as example merchandise. Bubs later uses a trench coat to peddle his unlicensed unlicensed wares.
