- OpenOffice.org - Free Office Suite, pretty good for a freebie. Although the download sze is HUUUUUUUDGE, err, huge.
- 7-Zip.org - Free Open Source Extraction/Compression Utility (Doesn't Extract ARC Files, even though it says it can.)
- Pidgin - Open-Source and Lightweight Multi-Protocol IM Client. The XMPP Protocol is the only one with audio/video support so far, and only on Linux.
- SWFTools - Free Open Source SWF Generator and Extractor.
