Yo. I'm a complete fan of homestarrunner. As I type this, I'm wearing my Strong Bad T-Shirt and listening to "Everybody to the Limit." I've memorized every single toon there is, except maybe some of the old sbemails. thats still pretty good, right?

Ur probably wondering. Why do I have a weird username? Well, Bubs is a pretty cool character, but thats not the main reason. My sister used to always call me Bub. Since then, every usermane/email-adress ive ever made has the word "Bub" in it. I dont really know about the "sty" part though. its just random.

I found out about this wiki when I was google-ing all the main characters of homestar at school. That was around April or March 2005. So I haven't been here for very long.
I don't tend to do a lot of changes. I spend about an hour each day going to homestar, clicking "random toon," finding out what it is but not watching it, going to wiki, looking up that toon for any easter eggs, then watch the toon, go back to the wiki page, look at the fun facts, and do the cycle all over again. today I've probably spent about 3 or 4 hours on wiki. Thats how much of a fan I've become. I hope to be a sysop some time, but I know that before I ever can I need to start making more changes and learn to edit better. Im still having problems with pictures and things like that. I at least hope that some day I'll be able to win the "Favorite user of the week award." but I know that I'm still a looooong ways away from winning that award at this rate.
Some of the things I do do are:
  • Checkin out the "recent changes" page.
  • Browse the "Troll" page for anything I should be aware of
  • State my opinion in the "stuff" page
  • See how the Jack Hamma page is comin along
  • Constantely upgrade this page
I joined the welcoming commitee in July sometime, then quit, and very recently, joined again. My goal is to welcome 5 new members before I get lazy and quit again. :-)
I've also made a Homestarrunner quiz that you can check it out here. If you get 8 out of 8, and you never guessed or cheated, then... You're the biggest homestarrunner fan ever. (Cheating means going to a different page while you're doing the quiz. You can't go to i love you when you're on question 8. I consider that cheating.)

My favorite homestar things.

This little guy is probably my favorite character, but Sterrance is cute too.
My favorite character.... hmm... that a tough one. I mean, Homsar is definately a really cool dude. but Sterrance is also the coolest thing ever. Itd be one of those two.
Favorite Sbemail! I guess it'd be bottom 10. probably cause its so funny. i had to get my sister to pour water on my head so that I would stop laughing, cause I started laughing a whole ton as soon as I saw the "Fwd. and Re." email that he got. I dont really know why that water thing worked.
Ok, favorite toon! I have an easy answer for this one. Definately Cool Things. I love Homestar's line, "Oh hewwo dwipping yellow maddness." I really want to see what dripping yellow maddness looks like. Hopefully The Brothers Chaps will work him (or her?) into a future cartoon.
Favorite quote: "Oooh! Ah! Ooh side-swipe!" You probably don't know what thats from. Check out the commentary for Experimental Film. To get the commentary, click on the words "directed by strong sad and the cheat" at the very beginning of the toon. u get a cool commentary! anyway. My second favorite quote would be "Oh I doubt it, I drove." Or maybe, "Pom-Pom and I are still cool." Or maybe, "Here's a twinkie." That's from Where the Crap are We?
Ok, last one! Favorite place. Probably The Stick. Although, I probably wouldn't want to be there when Homestar did his bread sing-alongs. They're just weird.

My actual life

I was savin the worst for last. Feel free to leave this page now.
So... I've decided to remain annonomyus (how do u spell that?) since mom would freak if she found out i left my real name on a website. u can just call me bubsty. or bub.
Anyway, I live in Seattle, Washington. I'm 11 yrs old, turnin 12 in june, 2006. I found out about homestarrunner in computer class, when one of my friends was watchin it. When I got home, I checked out the site. I looked at Shopping For Danger, since that was the newest big toon then. I didn't really get it though. Then I just checked out the Characters page. Ironiclly, it wasn't 'till I new a lot about Homestar that I found out about the First Time Here? page. Im the youngest in my family (sadly). I have a dad, age 53, and a mom, age 50. I also have a sister, age 16. Sadly, no pets. My grouchy ol' dad is "allergic" to dogs, cats, rabbits, hampsters, etc.
My other intrests include: Traveling, Skiing, Reading, Writing (I'm gonna start lookin for a publisher), cartooning, and polotics. (I'm a very strong democrat.)
I really really like writing. I'm not that good, but I try very hard. I've written about 4 short storys. Each of them have been about... I'd say 45 pages long. feel free to ask me if you want to read one. I also like reading. My school has a little list of books that they want kids to read. If you read one, a little slip of paper with your name on it goes into the "coffee can of probibility." Each week the librarian draws a name out, and if you're chosen, you get a prize. Anyway, my goal for the year is to read every book on that list. I might make it, but I doubt it.
I also like polotics a lot. I'm a very strong democrat, and I don't like Bush a whole ton. (Notice I didn't say hate. There are some good things about him, but he's mostly an idiot.) Since I live in the U.S.A, there's a lot of political strifes going on for me to look into. Right now I'm investigating Karl Rove's leak. (If you don't know what the heck I'm talking about, don't worry. Almost no one my age does.) I'm in the honors program at my school, and was in the Spectrum program at my old elementary school.
I've known homestarrunner since November 2004, and its definately not gettin old for me. my sister also goes 2 homestar, but she isnt as big of a fan as i am. she hasnt even seen all the strong bad emails!
Hm........ ain't much else. Jus' wanna say, I credit myself for the first person to ever have my done removed. (The Limozeen cartoon was not the best thing I had ever seen, done, or eaten. It tasted like sweaty socks.) It hurt a lot, and now I have weird pains in my chest, but when Strong Bad asks you to do something, you should do it.
