[edit] Icon

Here's an idea for an icon to add to this template:

It has been suggested that the contents of this page be moved or deleted and the page changed to a redirect to [[:Template talk {{{1}}}|{{{1}}}]]. (Discuss)

By the way, does anybody know what the style property is to center the above text vertically? Trey56 09:20, 18 December 2006 (UTC)

Hmm...actually, it is already centered when I view it in Firefox. Must be another problem with Safari. Trey56 09:46, 18 December 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Purpose

What's this template for? Would it be included in the templates that the proposed new tobedeleted wording would replace? If it's for articles that just need a new title, then two things: (1) It needs to be reworded, and (2) it's not being used. — It's dot com 23:16, 10 April 2007 (UTC)

This was originally envisioned for use on articles whose titles may not merit an article in their own right, but can appropriately serve as a redirect to another article, in order to call for discussion and consensus. Whether it is used or not is dependent on the userbase being aware of it, I suppose. If the catch-all new tbd template could adequately serve the needs this template addresses, then by all means a one-stop option is more convenient.
