For the talk page of a deleted article, place

at the top of the page. For the talk page of an article that has been merged with another one, place

{{deletedtalk|merge=PAGE TITLE}}

at the top of the page, replacing "PAGE TITLE" with the title of the article with which the content of the current article has been merged. For an article that has been redirected to another one, place

{{deletedtalk|redirect=PAGE TITLE}}

at the top of the page, replacing "PAGE TITLE" with the title of the article to which the current article has been redirected.
