Usage
Normally, include the template with no parameters on the article for the year's Halloween toon. It will include a link to the toon's costumes page, based off of the article's title.
In the rarity that a Halloween toon has a different title than its costumes page, you may use the first parameter to specify the exact title of the toon's costume page. A piped link can be created through the second parameter.
