Does Homestar "want" or "own" his own cartoon?

This word is a little hard to grok. It sounds like either "want" than "own." Of course Homestar already has his own cartoon, and seems to be aware of that fact (see The System is Down for "What are you talking about? It's my website."). However, this doesn't make any sense in the conversation. Given that it's Homestar, maybe it doesn't have to make any sense. Render
