Duplicate Strong Mads
This email is featured in the article duplicate characters, but a link to that article was deleted from this already. Should this email be removed from that article? BBG 23:58, 14 July 2008 (UTC)
- If you ask me, I think we should keep it on both pages; bring the link back and keep it on the duplicated characters page. -Philip8o 00:04, 14 July 2008 (UTC)
- I agree, there`s no solid evidence that it`s not 2 Strong Mads.-ThePizz
- I disagree. There's no evidence that it's two Strong Mads. On the other hand, Strong Mad stayed up all night to build this hiding spot. So it's not two SM's it's only one and a hiding sport that he built which happens to look like him. It's not a duplicate character. Loafing

Soap Box
OK. I've seen this appear and disappear from the Inside References, like, 3 times now. I think that we should link to the soap box page in the Inside References section. Yes, it is already linked to in the Transcript, but we can have both. And if not, we should at least be consistent and have all of the appearences of the soap box be linked in the same way. Right? -Philip8o
- No

- I agree that it shouldn't be linked more than once, as that's not in accordance with the wiki guidelines. However, in other toons where the soapbox appeared, it was linked in the Inside References section, not in the transcript. I'll change it and see what happens. ~That Guy Over There (

Chonking and junking
I interpreted the start of the email song as "Junk it", and so did Charlie Jr. for Strong Bad Email Intros. However, Super Martyo Brother put "Chonk it" in Subtitles:sbemail196/en, and now I'm not sure. It does sound a bit more like that, and "Junk it and check it" doesn't make a huge amount of sense, though there's a relationship between junk and wreck. Of course, "chonk" isn't a word, but you can get there by changing the middle sound in "check". Any thoughts?
- I distinctly hear "junk." ~That Guy Over There (
