When he's reading the e-mail, I think he's quietly mumbling hyphen hyphen hyphen.  It makes sense, but maybe that means I'm hearing what I want to hear, instead of what he's actually saying.  Anyone agree? --[[User:racerx is alive|racerx_is_alive]] 15:20, 15 Sep 2004 (MST)

The RWR "The bunny with fangs on the first Strong Bad kids show scene may be a refrence to the Killer Rabbit of Caerbannog in Monty Python and the Holy Grail." should go. It's a big stretch. And badly spelled.{{User:Loafing/sig}} 01:35, 10 October 2007 (UTC)

:Well, spelling aside, I sewiously think it's a ref. {{User:Strongkinghomsarsmith/sig}} 23:51, 14 November 2008 (UTC)

== Unintentional comma ==

-

-
When the subtitles for the Haddiman kid's show come up, they read "We'll have an adventure, and several long trips."  Could this be an intentional unnecessary comma, or just an actual grammatical error?  No comma is necessary because "several long trips" is not a complete sentence.  So are they referencing Strong Bad pointing out an unnecessary comma earlier in the e-mail, or is it just bad grammar?

-
:umm... that's not incorrect. Unnecessary, true, but in situations like that, it is acceptable to have a comma, or not to. either way really. {{User:DeFender1031/sig}} 23:51, 30 January 2008 (UTC)

::I don't know what "situations like that" you're talking about.  If it's not a complete sentence, then there is no comma.

-
:::in a situation of listing two things using "and". would it be incorrect if it read "We'll have an adventure, a cheeseburger, and several long trips."? No. and there those commas are mandatory. Now take out "a cheeseburger," and you're still left with the comma. No problem. {{User:DeFender1031/sig}} 00:09, 31 January 2008 (UTC)

== Wizarad of Oz reference ==

-

Apparently, The Wizard of Oz reference was removed because the "killing dogs" was a running joke.  However, this toon is the first instance of "killing dogs" in Homestar Runner, and therefore is not a running joke at the release of this toon.  Furthermore, even if it is a running joke, The Wizard of Oz quote is well-known in popular culture, and thus might still be an inspiration behind the running joke.

: But there's no connection besides killing dogs, and the WWotW is not the only character out there who has ever threatened to kill a dog. --{{User:Jay/sig}} 23:44, 14 November 2008 (UTC)

== Jonathan "Ignored" Howe ==

The DVD commentary transcript doesn't even mention that he's present, and most of his lines are credited to Ryan.  His voice sounds considerably different, I think.  Ryan actually has very few lines in this one since he's playing guitar.  I'll try to get around to fixing this problem, but if anyone else wants to do it, I probably won't be crazy punctual. --{{User:Onamuji/sig}} 05:42, 18 June 2009 (UTC)

The can of good gravy is slightly clickable outside of it in the bottom right hand corner. How do I phrase? [[User:Sifi89|Sifi89]] 20:43, 5 January 2010 (UTC)

== A the Cheat ==

Why is it that Strong Bad calls the Cheat "A the Cheat"? I don't really get it. Is it some sort of inside reference or just some goof?
